As the only oxygen source of the oxygen generator, the air compressor is the first link of the oxygen generation system.
Therefore, the daily inspection of the air compressor can avoid many faults at the rear end.Medical oxygen manufacturers recommend frequent daily inspections of air compressors.
First, let's look at the control panel of the air compressor. Check the control panel for abnormal alarms or fault points.
The temperature of the air compressor is between 75-93 ℃ and the pressure is between 5.5-7.5. Disassemble the air compressor panel and observe whether the operating oil level is between L and H. If it is lower than the L value, it needs to be added in time to prevent the air compressor from running due to less oil. Then check whether there is oil leakage at the fixed place of the hexagon socket screw and the oil return pipe, and check whether there is oil leakage on the oil pipe surface.
Finally, check the dust coverage of the radiator.
If the dust coverage is serious, clean it with compressed air at the rear. Connect the air pipe to the rear of the air tank, open the ball valve, clean the radiator with compressed air, gradually move the air pipe to the left along the grain of the radiator, and carefully clean the radiator.
